About Calming/Stilling Chamber

In the event of effluent being pumped from a bio unit/septic tank to a higer area and then being discharged by gravity to percolation trenches a calming or stilling chamber will be required. (EPA CoP pg 33).

Our Distribution Boxes can be easily configured to act as a Calming/Stilling chamber and restrict the flow before being discharged to a Distribution Box.

Distribution boxes (D-boxes) can also be configured for use as a Sampling Chamber.
